my room was in the basement. there was no view. the hotel is far from major tourist attractions and i think the price seems high for the location.

park location helpful concierge
i was unsure where to book. i chose this location for its proximity to both central attractions and a quieter park setting. the concierge team, especially joeki, was helpful. they offered numerous options and recommendations. the restaurant also offered a superb culinary experience, surpassing many others i encountered.
i noticed there were no tea bags or spoons in my room near the coffee machine. this oversight made enjoying a simple beverage in the room a bit inconvenient. i hope they include these in the future.
